Cleaning Procedure

Complete procedure is as per NADCA ACR 2021. To loosen and remove dust, debris, allergies, and contaminants from the ductwork, specialist equipment such as high-powered vacuums, whips, brushes, and air pressure instruments are put to use. Following that, the debris is swept into a strong Truck mounted vacuum. The service includes cleaning of registers, grilles, coils, fans, and other HVAC system components in addition to the main ducts.

Mold and Mildew Removal

Strictly following guidelines and techniques developed as per NADCA ACR 2021, our expert technicians clean the mold professionally. It can be Post Air duct cleaning or pre air duct cleaning. We recommend sanitization, deodorization and few other treatments to remove Mold, bacteria, germs, and odours from the ductwork.

Sanitization and Deodorization

Post cleaning, we recommend sanitization and deodorization treatments to remove bacteria, germs, and odours from the ductwork. It gives you more freshness.

As per NADCA ACR 2021, satisfaction of Air duct cleaning is most important. We provide pictures of the condition of the ducts before to and after cleaning, allowing you to compare the two. It gives you a piece of mind. For commercial jobs, we provide detailed before and after pictures, videos and in some cases, we provide lab reports as well.

We hired Power HVAC Services to clean up the vents in our home. The technicians who arrived were very professional and even helped with an issue with the exhaust fan in the bathroom that was outside of the original work order. They were very knowledgeable about the services they were providing and explained everything after the vents had been cleaned. I would definitely recomment Power HVAC for anyone looking to quality duct cleaning service. The only complaint I had is that the appointment was scheduled for 8:30 in the morning, but there was an issue with the technicians and they did not arrive until closer to 11. Sona was quick to communicate the delay and once they arrived everything went quick and smoothly.

We recently had our animal hospital HVAC system - both exhaust and supply ducts - cleaned by Sanjeev and his team. I was very happy with their service. They were reliable, professional and resolved our problem. The main issue causing everything was our commercial rooftop exhaust fan having broken down 18 months prior. The quoted cost to replace this fan at that time was very high but Sanjeev also arranged an electrician he trusted to resolve and replace this at a significantly more reasonable cost. He truly went above and beyond and came through on time with everything. Prices are not cheap but compared to others are reasonable especially when receiving reliable and friendly service from a company that clearly wants to please their clients.
