- Equipment and quantities: Number and type of ovens or hoods, equipment make and model if known, and approximate duct lengths or dimensions.
- Photos or a short video: Show the equipment, hood interiors, visible buildup, duct routes, chimney outlets and access areas.

Cleaning Access Points
Where agreed in the quotation, access points can be created in the chimney and exhaust ductwork to allow thorough cleaning and easier access for future cleaning and maintenance. Openings will be securely sealed with suitable access covers after service.
Site Requirements & Flexible Scheduling
Please arrange safe access to the ductwork inside the facility and safe access to the roof where rooftop work is required. For food plant work, let us know whether an air-line connection is available and advise us of site induction, equipment shutdown and access restrictions.
Daytime, overnight, weekend and shutdown-period work can be discussed according to your operational needs and team availability. Duration and crew requirements are confirmed after reviewing the scope.
For projects involving outdoor chimney or roof work, September and October are preferred planning months before harsh winter weather. Other dates can be considered according to conditions and access.
