Our Cleaning Process, Step by Step
This describes a typical residential appointment. Equipment setup and access arrangements depend on your property and HVAC system. We explain the agreed services before starting.
Inspect the HVAC System
Our technician checks accessible ductwork and HVAC components for visible buildup and access limitations. Any concerns or additional work are discussed with you before proceeding.
Prepare & Connect the Vacuum
We prepare access points and manage vent openings for the cleaning setup. The vacuum is connected to the ductwork to create suction that draws loosened debris toward the collection equipment.
Clean Supply Vents & Branch Lines
Compressed air and suitable agitation tools loosen dust and debris inside accessible supply lines while the vacuum collects the material. We work through the supply vents and associated branches.
Clean Return Vents & Branch Lines
We clean the return side of the system, using suction and agitation to remove accumulated dust and debris from accessible return lines and openings.
Clean the Main Trunk Lines
The main supply and return trunks are cleaned to remove accumulated material and debris moved from branch lines. Vacuum extraction continues throughout this stage.
Complete the Booked Services
We clean the furnace blower compartment included in the agreed package and complete selected add-ons. Deep furnace cleaning, AC coil cleaning and dryer vent cleaning are separate services when selected.
Document, Seal & Review
We document accessible areas with before-and-after photos, securely close cleaning access points, restore vents and tidy the work area. We review the completed work and check system operation before leaving.

What Your Booking Covers
Residential air duct cleaning starts at $195 + 13% HST for homes up to 1,500 sq. ft., including unlimited supply and return vents.

When Should You Consider an Assessment?
Visible debris, dust released from vents or construction material inside ductwork can be reasons to inspect the system. Unusual odours or weak airflow may have several causes and should be assessed before deciding on the right service.
Cleaning removes accumulated material from accessible duct surfaces. Moisture problems, damaged ducts and equipment faults may require separate repairs. Cleaning does not guarantee relief from allergies or a particular reduction in energy bills.

Do you clean both supply and return ducts?
Yes. Our residential air duct cleaning package includes supply and return vents, associated accessible ductwork and main trunk lines within the agreed service scope.
How long does an appointment take?
Most residential appointments take approximately 2–4 hours. Timing varies with property size, access, system condition and selected additional services.
Is deep furnace cleaning included?
Furnace blower compartment cleaning is included in the agreed air duct package. Deep furnace cleaning is a separate add-on. Select it in the booking form if you require that service.
Do you provide camera inspection?
Before-and-after photos are provided for accessible areas. Detailed camera inspection is a separate service for closer examination or troubleshooting and must be selected or arranged separately.
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
The need for cleaning depends on actual buildup, renovation debris and the condition of your system. A fixed interval alone does not establish that cleaning is necessary. We can assess accessible areas and discuss your requirements.
Do I need to pay when booking?
No upfront payment is required. Payment is due after service completion. The booking form shows the estimated total for your selected services.
