Clear the supply and return openings and identify any main trunk access hidden by finished ceilings, cabinets or stored materials. If a contractor has moved a furnace or added duct branches, share those details before the appointment. We discuss any limitations when inspecting accessible sections.

Before-and-after photos document the areas that can be photographed. They do not certify concealed sections that cannot be reached or establish an indoor air-quality result. If you need detailed camera troubleshooting, describe the concern first so the appropriate inspection can be discussed.

Prices are in CAD for qualifying houses. The package includes accessible supply and return ducts, main trunk lines, unlimited vents, the furnace blower compartment and before-and-after photos of accessible areas.
